In Silence.Stuck in a silence  That doesn’t seem like it requires words.  Just the way my head fits in the crook of your neck         Perfectly.  And the way your arms feel around me.  The way you cuddle me, and it feels like I’m         The only other person in the world.  How it seems, from time to time, like we were fitted           For each other.  All of that seems like words enough.   
The creek gurgling  Your dog’s collar jingling  Car doors slamming.  The world mo In Silence.

Laundry DayOh how I loathe you  Laundry day.  Everything about you  Even the quarters I have to pay.   
I hate laundry soap  And I hate stain remover  I hate sorting clothes into   
Whites,  
Reds,  
Colors,  Darks,  And delicates.   
Wash one load,  And then dry it,  Then fold it,  And put it away.   
Repeat five times.   
Pointless.   
Who ever thought of sorting laundry into  FIVE different categories,  Should be shot.

Today I’m horrified with the world  Hot cups of coffee steam with poison  As we drink up this modern life  Door jams sticking with gooey lies  The sidewalks painted sickly green with words  Words that everyone is thinking  Words that no one will say

WOW!! It has been like two years since I've been on here! How did that much time go by? Life got away from me I guess. I can't believe it! Perhaps I will put up some new poetry or drawings or something...or perhaps not. I guess we will have to wait and see....
